My story

I came to running for the health benefits. Years later, it can only be described as my passion. I ran my first marathon in 2007 and have been running ever since. To date I've completed various ultra races and distances up to 100 miles.

I am a certified run coach, wellbeing coach and personal trainer. I love spreading the joy of running and helping others believe in themselves, then watching them achieve what they never thought they could.

Females to go further

My aim is to see more females benefitting from running. You learn a lot about yourself as you push your limits, get time for yourself, explore nature and bring the strength and confidence from running success into your daily life. We women are also incredibly good at the longer distances! Our body composition and mindset are ideal.
